Shetland is home to some of the UK's most amazing wildlife, a wealth of history and a culture not to be missed. With the north Atlantic swells to the west and the rolling North Sea to the East, Shetland sits at 60 degrees north, is made up of 100 islands and enjoys long days through summer which allow visitors to the islands to explore and enjoy all that they have to offer long into the night and on into the next day.
Our property, 1 Hogalee, is situated in Scalloway, Shetland's Ancient Capital and only 6 miles from Lerwick, Shetland's current capital and main town. The property offers stunning views of Scalloway harbour and castle, not to mention a few of the local seals through the large living/dining room windows.
With beaches, nature reserves, and more within easy reach of the house we hope you will consider staying at 1 Hogalee and look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to Shetland.

Scalloway.
The property is in a quiet residential area, close to the local bus stop and many of Shetland's main tourist attractions can be found within one hours drive from the property.
